TNT Flag Football League
Join us for our Thursday Night Touchdowns "TNT" Flag Football League. Registration begins November 4th, 2024, with practice beginning December 9th, 2024. First games are set for January 9th, 2025.

untouchables Travel flag football tryouts
Miami Gardens PAL Untouchables Tryouts
We will be hosting tryouts for our travel flag football teams for the ages of 5 to 12 for boys and 10 to 13 for girls.
Tryouts will take place at Dr. Lester Brown Park on Friday, November 22nd, 2024, at 6:30PM.
