Miami Gardens PAL Flag Football League has grown to a series of championship winning Untouchable teams in the 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U and ladies division. Stay tuned as teams travel across the US for more competition, putting Miami Gardens PAL on the map nationwide!! Let' go Untouchables.

In this group there is a future lawyer, doctor, engineer, boxer ... Our PAL kids have great aspirations!! Watching you develop and shine to your fullest potential is our greatest joy. "One brick at a time..." can't wait to see what your future holds.

ACYTAF Championships 2023

Congrats to the Track & Field team who took home numerous individual & relay medals at the Atlantic Conference Youth Track & Field Championships. Special thanks to Coach Kevin, Coach Jackie, and all our civilian volunteers that helped make this a successful season.

Untouchables Rally in the Valley (NY) NFL FLAG FOOTBALL TOURNY

The 9U MGPD PAL Untouchables Flag Football Team battled it out in New York over the June 10th weekend. Over 70 teams were represented nationwide. The 9U MGPD PAL Flag Football Untouchables ranked second in their division, winning all their games except for the final game. Shout out to the #1 team, 32Sports from Connecticut, for a battle well fought. Special Thanks to Sergeant J. Clarke (NYPD PAL) for hosting our team while in New York.

Track & Field

With more than 100 kids participating in track & field, the Miami Gardens PAL hosts one of the largest neighborhood track teams in Miami-Dade County. Stay tuned for news on their successes throughout the season. How about the new uniforms??? You look amazing!!! Let's go team.
